COMPOSING ON A THEME
During March, the children in EYFS and KS1 will take part in a music project which will involve making instruments, composing a piece of music and performing their newly created masterpieces to an audience. The children will take this one step further by performing their composition using instruments they have made themselves! Children and parents will be invited to workshops to create their musical instruments and parents will be invited to view the performances of their finished musical works. We are expecting all musical works to be finished and for there to be no unfinished symphonies! The children will use books as their stimulus.
