As part of Cafod Family Fast Day, the Mini Vinnies gave all pupils the choice of having soup and a roll for lunch instead of their normal lunch. They advertised this by making posters and telling their classes about it. The Mini Vinnies then made vegetable soup (which included some homegrown vegetables from our vegetable garden).They even included the teachers at the local secondary school and delivered soup to them for their lunch!
