Easter Stay & Play

What an eggcellent Easter Stay and Play session we have had! The children enjoyed making chocolate crispy cakes, partaking in Easter themed fine motor activities, and going on an Easter egg hunt with their parents.

We are so proud of how well our Tranquillity Room children transitioned to and from our theater trip today! It is of no surprise that they absolutely loved the experience of seeing a live action version of their favourite story 'The Gruffalo'.

Autumn 1: Owl Experience

The children deepened their knowledge of woodland animals today through an exciting owl workshop.

Autumn 1 Stay & Play: Gruffalo Tea Party

What a wonderful way to welcome our parents back to the Tranquillity Room! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed creating'Owl Ice Cream', finding the snakes in their 'Scrambled Snake Jelly' and making 'Gruffalo Sandwiches'!

Autumn 2: Biscuit Baking

The children thoroughly enjoyed baking star biscuits for our Advent Stay and Play session. They further deepened their valuable life skill learning: food hygiene, measuring ingredients and oven safety.

Autumn 2 Stay & Play: Advent Theme

The children had a wonderful afternoon partaking in an Advent service with their parents before exploring a variety of Advent themed craft. Together, they explored the importance of the star in the Nativity story as a symbol of hope.
