Special Advent Mass. Year 1 regularly attend virtual Mass. Today, we learnt about different ways we can prepare ourselves during Advent..
Year 1 successfully took part in an Advent service over zoom to their parents and families. They informed their families of the meaning of each candle and then they sang their Advent song. The children were inspired to draw their own advent wreaths.

First Half Term Fun!
Year 1 have made lots of progress with their learning this half term we have been sorting shapes, story writing, creating our own treasure boxes, having fun with colour making Rangoli patterns and Diwali paintings! And inbetween all this the children even made some amazing birthday cards for Mother Mary! WOW! Super work Year 1! Have a look at some pics below 
We are super impressed with how the children have settled into year 1 - they have been working very hard with all their learning in class.
